Our Story
Through his years of experience in accounting and consulting, Kovid found that many businesses of all sizes and complexity were struggling to reach the next level of success. Sometimes owners lacked entrepreneurial skills to maximize their potential. Some just didn’t have the time they needed to invest in their own development. Kovid knew that with further resources, knowledge and time, these entrepreneurs could move their companies to the next level. Hence, Kovid decided to set up its own consulting and advisory firm. His objective was to provide each of his clients with personalized service, designed for them based on their goals, nature of industry, the size of company, resources available and the environment in which they operate.

Kovid Mehta, is President and Chief Executive Officer. He is a chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) with 20 years of consulting experience. Kovid has extensive experience advising executives, management committees, boards and audit/risk committees of companies to build strategies; improve governance and provide assurance, advisory and consulting services. Kovid also has professional certifications from India (ACA, ICAI), USA (CPA, AICPA, not licensed), CPA, CA (Canada) and ISMS Lead Auditor (IRCA, UK). Kovid loves reading, spending quality time with family and friends, tennis, traveling and cooking.
